DEĞERLENDİRME ÖN KOŞULU

  • Bachelor in Maritime studies or related area
  • Minimum 2-5 years as Operator of Time Charter dry bulk vessel
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • Macroeconomics including trade flows
  • Proficient in use if technology particularly Excel, Word and Shipping systems

PROFİL

  • Bachelor in Maritime studies or related area
  • Minimum 2-5 years as Operator of Time Charter dry bulk vessel
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • Significant and demonstrated customer or supplier relationship skills
  • Macroeconomics including trade flows
  • Proficient in use if technology particularly Excel, Word and Shipping systems
  • Accountability and strong sense of ownership, team play and collaboration
  • Enjoys working to tight time constraints
  • Negotiating skills
  • Analytical skills
  • High level of commitment on Compliance aspects and work ethics

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Operate and be responsible for the end to end management and risk of operated vessels
  • Communicate and liaise with vessel owners/masters/charterers, trading team and other relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for following up on post fixture activities / negotiating / settling claims / outstandings
  • Stowage Plan optimization, Hold Cleaning and Technical Knowledge
  • Bunkering Optimization ensure close collaboration with bunker desk to successfully manage bunker planning
  • Monitor, Manage and optimize vessel performance with assistance from 3rd party Routing providers
  • Managing Voyage Profit & Loss, understanding variances
  • Advanced comprehension of charter party contracts of assigned trade routes
  • Understanding of Legal risks, Bills of Lading, LOIs
  • Post voyage analysis and review
  • Manage assigned external relations with customers and / or vendors
  • Ensure and champion a close and harmonious working relationship with the relevant Commercial team
  • Collaborate effectively with other Freight Platform desks
