SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Working closely with CEO, you will be accountable for the following: Will be responsible for all HR functions and strategies for company
  • Lead the HR department and design, develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives in line with business directions and goals
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagements, talent management and organizational development
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with the team and business leaders
  • Coach and advise teams, leaders, employees on the process of hiring, onboarding and retention issues
