  • Strong command in English

PROFİL

  • Bachelor or master’ s degree from related fields
  • Min 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, follow-up and reporting aspects
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and react to changing priorities

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates
  • Responsible for HR cycles such as performance management, budgeting, compensation and benefits, salary increases, promotions, succession planning and trainings
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagements, talent management and organizational development
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with the team and business leaders
  • Coach and advise teams, leaders, employees on the process of hiring, onboarding and retention issues
