DEĞERLENDİRME ÖN KOŞULU

  • Bachelor or master’ s degree from related fields
  • 10+ HR management experience in manufacturing industries

PROFİL

  • Bachelor or master’ s degree from related fields
  • Min 10 years of all HR experience
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, follow-up and reporting aspects

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Working closely with General Manager, will be responsible for: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented locally in compliance standards
  • Build recruitment needs and manage all recruitment process
  • Provide expertise and guidance on all HR topics to leadership team and employees including the areas of coaching, employee engagement, talent and development, culture, succession planning, performance management, headcount, budget management and organizational design
  • Managing the company’s all regional compensation & benefit processes
  • Lead employee and industrial relations in plants and HQ
