  • Min. 5 years of experience in Training & Development & Talent areas (Need analysis, implementation of training & development programs, alternative digital platforms)
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and interest in related technologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • High motivation for learning and change

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Collaborating with the management on training needs, trainer selection and opportunities to expand talent development within the organization
  • Creating and designing interactive learning, development and talent acquition materials to offer a blended approach to learning, including e-learning
  • Acting as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
  • Developing and updating standardized tools on existing and emerging platforms, practices and technologies and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generating standard and custom reports and sharing them with HR and team leaders
  • Managing, delivering, updating and maintaining training contents
