SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Working with OD & HRBPs, making business analyzes of the current and potential organizational needs of the business units
  • Supporting Human Resources business partners in establishing the balance of business needs
  • Following HR trends and making plans to adapt innovations according to company strategies
