  • BA Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in consultancy firms
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Perfect knowlegde of MS Office

  • BA Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in consultancy firms
  • Analytically minded and adaptable for the new challenges in a problem-solving environment
  • Perfect leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player with self motivation and perfect planning skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good at interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Perfect knowledge of MS Office and presentation programs

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Conduct end to end recruitment processes within a high volume, dynamic environment
  • Work closely with Managing Partners to understand business and customer needs
  • Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods
  • Maintain relationships with candidates for future openings
  • Preparing quarterly and annually HR and Sector reports
