  • Bachelor or master’s degree from related fields
  • 12+ sales&marketing experience preferably, HoReCa, Glassware, FMCG or related industries
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong people management, communication and negotiating skills
  • No restriction for travel

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Developing and implementing market and business development strategies
  • Will be responsible for leading Strategic Planning Committee
  • To inform the board of directors and management team about market opportunities and business developments
  • Leading the domestic and international sales, marketing and brand & corporate communication teams
  • Managing the management budget of sales and marketing activities
  • To ensure that the contracts in the Sales and Marketing process are implemented under the specified conditions
  • Managing sales and marketing activities with different disciplines in companies with a matrix management structure.
  • Responsible for brand management at the highest level
